Capturing Culinary Art with MasterChef Winner Stuart Deeley at Mallory Court

A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of working once again with MasterChef: The Professionals winner Stuart Deeleyand the brilliant team at Mallory Court, part of the Eden Hotel Collection. Every time we collaborate, it’s a genuine meeting of creativity — chefs, the marketing team, and myself all bringing ideas to the table (quite literally!).

Shooting with Stuart is always a joy. His dishes are visually stunning — layered with detail, texture, and colour — which makes my job both exciting and effortless. As always, his cooking didn’t disappoint. Even though I try to behave on shoots, I couldn’t resist tasting a few of his creations… and yes, they were every bit as good as they looked.

This session was particularly special as we also captured some behind-the-scenes portraits of Stuart, a few other team members, and the refreshed interiors of the restaurant. It’s always great when chefs are happy to step into the spotlight — and these guys did it with style.
