A Delicious Day at Mallory Court with MasterChef Winner Stuart Deeley

I recently had the absolute pleasure of shooting at Mallory Court, the gorgeous country house hotel in Warwickshire — and even better, it was to capture their new executive chef, Stuart Deeley!

The atmosphere was buzzing as Stuart and his team crafted stunning new dishes for the menu. From perfectly seared scallops to colourful seasonal desserts, every plate was a work of art. I was there to photograph not just the food, but the vibe of the kitchen, the team in action, and the beautiful setting Mallory Court offers.

One of my favourite parts was watching Stuart’s attention to detail — adding little touches, tweaking presentation, and working so smoothly with his team. You can tell he’s genuinely passionate about bringing something special to the restaurant.
